Couldn't decide which name spelling I liked more and so I just left it ambiguous.

W.I.P

- Corrupted CEO? Cult leader? Vocalist of a progressive metal band? < These are just various ideas that I've had while brainstorming notes for his character.

- An intimidating figure, holds a lot of power.

- Despite his loud and aggressive appearance, he's actually quite calm.

- His calmness can cause great unease, as it's near impossible to pinpoint what emotion he's feeling.

- Has the power to "see all" gaining the nickname "The All-Seer." A power that allows him to stalk his prey by conjuring bleeding eyes on the walls, ceilings, etc. Might also conjure gapping maws too? 

- Based off Scopophobia/Ommetaphobia.
