She's bold and confident, loud and energetic.  Whenever she does something, it's with passion and vigor.  Her vibrant colors and bright personality make her difficult to ignore.  However, she doesn't have a lot of patience and ends up doing things that are too much for her in an effort to show off.

Flicker creates nightmares of flashing lights, and her kingdom is a sky above bright golden shimmering water.  When it's night, the sky is full of gold and yellow flashes, explosions, and fireworks.  When it's day, the sun is blindingly bright and the water shines like glitter.
