Q'Tarro was born from a forced bond between a Juuou warrior and another warrior's slave.  Despite the nature of his conception, his mother loved and cherished him and continued to push hard to provide an environment that her baby boy could thrive; he was somewhat of an anchor in a life she otherwise felt was falling apart around her.  When he came of age, she was adamant that he become a well trained warrior, and made himself a force to be reckoned with in the ranks of the Juuou clan.  Q obliged and trained hard into adulthood.  When he was old and confident enough, he put an end to his mother's abuse and mistreatment.  The two offending Pakaasu mysteriously vanished over the course of a few months, and Q relocated his mother to the mainland.

He promised to reunite with her at some point, but made her swear not to try to contact him until then.  He does, however, occasionally send his partner Dibella to deliver goods and messages to her, mostly for occasions such as her birthday, though one run a month is set to ensure she has all her necessities.

Despite these snags within' the clan, he is very proud to be a member of the Juuou, and does not hold the whole of the clan accountable so much as the individuals.  He occasionally teaches hand to hand combat on Osyphe.  He is most noted for his speed and eye for detail, though he packs a pretty hard punch as well.  People make note that he has quite the signature battle cry.........
