Static is quite the stubborn Pokemon, and along with their temper, they aren't exactly the easiest Luxio to deal with- but besides their hard-headedness, they can actually be pretty friendly and laid back. You don't really have to worry bout them, unless you mess with their friends or their mane.

Static isn't really one for interaction, more often being a spectator rather than actually participating. They're fine with being on the sidelines, but do tend to get lonely or even jealous because of this. Though they won't admit any of it, mainly for pride and not to worry anyone..
