Occupation: former rescuer of "The guardian angels". Currently a freelancer.

Rai is an energetic dude who loves Socializing and making new friends~ He's also the jokester in any given situation, however this can lead him into trouble often. Usually by joking around at inappropriate times. Rai is also quite sassy and full of himself, but not annoyingly so to the point that people hate him. It's more of a jokingly tease he will occasionally make if he's feeling cocky. It's also well-known that Rai is very good with kids, and can be seen playing with them in a few villages (like Windmill village for example.)

Powers: Rai has the ability to create hardlight constructs, thanks to his "Lumi-tech" wristbands. This technology can also be found on his shoes, enabling him to have extreme speed. These constructs absorb light and transforms it into solid matter, (think of it as solar power recycling!) thus allowing Rai to create objects from almost nothing. The only downside is that he cannot make constructs while in darkness, as there is no light for him to absorb. Luckily, the Lumi-tech can store light for later use, (this is actually why Rai glows in the dark, as the glow displays stored energy) but it should be used for emergencies as its very limited. 

Rai's hardlight constructs share the same bright green like his wristbands and the "blades" of his shoes. The constructs themselves are somewhat flexible and quite durable, enough so to stop small explosions. Rai can control the construct's shape, but it can only form simplistic shapes. Such as cubes, rectangular prisms, cylinders, etc. Other forms include simple weapons or (shurikens, knives, scythes, staffs, etc.) They aren't very detailed in appearance however. These constructs don't last forever either, as they eventually shatter and dissipate when too much damage is dealt to them. Rai uses the constructs defensively, as he is not a good fighter. Creating shields and barriers to protect others is how he often uses them. On occasion, he'll additionally use the constructs to show off how "cool" he is or to entertain the youngsters.
