Backstory: Vernon was only 22 when he was turned. He was walking in a forest near his home when a vampire attacked him from behind. He was turned right there on the spot. He didn't realize he has been turned until he went home. His thirst for blood became so severe he drank his family dry. In a mix of confusion and utter despair, he ran away far far into the woods, where he found a mansion being owned by an elder vampire. However, after a decade, the elder vampire was destroyed, and the mansion was left all to Vernon. He has lived there ever since, and tries to keep it as modern as possible, despite being so old himself.
