Sogna is soft and kind, when she‘s awake. But it’s just as likely you’ll find her asleep somewhere random, as you will find her awake.
Sogna is always sleepy. She is known to shirk her duties to sneak in another nap, and is always falling asleep on the job. Her powers give her the ability to manipulate dreams, hence why she got her name. Mostly, she just conjures happy images in people’s dreams, but if you wake her too early from a nap she may be grumpy enough to conjure nightmares.
Sogna doesn’t talk much, instead using her powers to communicate by putting images in people’s minds to say what she means. When she does talk, its usually one word answers or short sentences, and her voice is very soft.
