Mage

History:

• He resided in a small town, and was eventually trained by an eccentric mage towards his later years. He is used to living on the simpler side of life, without luxuries, and knows how to fend for himself whether it be in a simple hut or outside in the forest. His mentor is currently on traversing the world, leaving him alone
• Though his forte is magic, he is fairly proficient in other things as well: cooking, cleaning, treating wounds, etc.

Personality

• He has a voracious need for knowledge, especially those that pertain to magic and can often be found in libraries or places with many books. He can spend too many hours or even days without taking care of himself if left completely unattended in such areas. 
• He doesn't feel the need to draw attention to himself, often pulling up his hood or using discretion to carry out his tasks. 
• Because of his young age and interest in other things, he is not very proficient when it comes to the opposite gender.
• Seems apathetic towards what society would normally value, such as looks and ranks. He understands society's concept of beauty but is not personally attracted to or impressed by a person's looks as much as their intelligence. Similarly, he does not care for rank or what status you were born into as much as what you do to befit your rank/status. 

Magic/Skills: 

• Mage: Gem Type
  • These gems are used to either conduct, amplify, or store his accumulated magic power (re: fate stay night, jewel magecraft) because although he generates a great deal of magic, his physical body is limited by the amount of magic it can hold. By embuing his magical power into these jewels, he can use magic even after his body is depeleted for a short period of time (as long as the jewels last) or extend its range. Therefore he always had accessories with jewels and holds a great interest in jewels.
• When he isn't using magic, his physical weapon includes concealed daggers and throwing knives. 
• Familiar: A white eagle that remains perche don his shoulders; it has the ability to enlarge itself to fly/fight. 
• Weakness: Lowered physical stamina or strength when it comes to fighting. He relies on strategy and time for spell-casting.
