Bella is eternally a Unicorn. It's to keep everyone safe from Delilah. Obviously she has telekinesis through her incarnations but also has healing magic added on as well. Her magic comes out as this shade of blue in all incarnations.
Healing Heart is the Child Timeline Bella. She's a bit of an oddball since she was a Unicorn born to Earth Pony parents (it's okay though, both have SOME Unicorn in both their bloodlines so it makes sense) but they did their best to get her magic training and let her talents blossom. She also picked up shield magic and uses it for various means.
Smart Heart is Adult Timeline Bella and her origin is alike to the one above with the major difference being born on the Equestrian version of Outset Island and no shield magic. She's a bit of an energetic bundle whenever magic is mentioned, she craves getting to learn more! Her Cutie Mark is an edit of this.
Aegis Heart is the Hero's Demise Timeline Bella. She has to keep the healing magic a secret and is as meek as season 1 Fluttershy. I'd imagine (powerful) Unicorns are kind of a rarity in this Zelda timeline since Ganon is a jerk and wants to Tirek the magic from the more powerful ones.
Sun Heart is the Hyrule Warriors version. She uses her telekinesis to not only carry her crossbow around but also uses her very magic to load and shoot (the magic!) as well. Eventually she gets the magic wand as well and she uses her magic through that to control water (and down the road, electricity).
Song Heart is the Cadence of Hyrule version. Her combat is similar to Sun Heart's, but instead has more bolt types thanks to the additions in this title. If her music could be summed up, it'd be in these videos: [link] [link] [link]
Herb Heart (or maybe Herbal Heart, I'm debating) represents who Bella is in Breath of the Wild. She's still a farm girl (living in the Equestrian version of Hateno), but has no shield magic like Smart and Aegis and also has to keep it secret like the latter. She doesn't like keeping her power under wraps but has little choice thanks to Calamity Ganon having reared his ugly head for fear of being targeted like Princess Mipha before her. Some even call her power "Mipha's gift" which irritates her a bit but keeps that to herself.
