Caroline, Vena and Cane

Caroline is a lone pirate, sailing the galaxy upon her golden vessel. She loves nothing more than to accumulate more wealth, and flaunt her plunder. She wears most of the jewellery she steals, which isn’t very ideal in combat, but at least she looks stylish.  

Lucky 'Cap':

Atop her head, rests a pirate cap made of gold adorned with several jewels. But within the cap also resides an interstellar creature. The creature hollowed out the hat, and burrowed within it, calling it their home. Caroline calls the creature Vena, and has successfully tamed it to help her with her adventures, in return for food and safety. Vena can hide its presence and appear as a normal hat, but can also open eyes anywhere along the surface of the hat. It can also extend tendrils/limbs which it can use to grab objects, attack, and generally act as an extra limb.

Trusty ‘Weapon’:

Although Caroline wouldn’t refer to the living cape as her weapon, it certainly can be used as one. Named Cane, Caroline had also managed to tame this creature through food and safety. Although it’s reach is rather short, its attacks are deadly once within range. It has a set of eyes and large razor-sharp teeth, which can bite through most materials. It can also consume most materials, though its hunger is almost insatiable.

Family Crest:

The crest embroidered on Cane’s back is designed by Caroline herself. She designed it to represent her friendship and bond between herself, Vena and Cane, and considers the two of them her best friends. She would give up her life for her comrades, though Vena and Cane are still wild and will most likely eat her if they go hungry. In fact, during one incident when Caroline was not careful while she was feeding Cane, she got part of her left hand bitten off, which is why she has a prosthetic.
