As his family commands the dragons of Noaetta, Qu was mayor of Cavona Town for quite some time before giving his role off to his brother so that he could join an adventurer named Blaze.
Being as quiet as he is, he tends to come off as shy. He comes out of his shell rather quickly once he's on stage, though, and he is rather fond of storytelling and the like. Being a dragon, he finds it difficult to keep his natural tendancies in check, and is all too eager to kidnap royalty or hoard loot while no one is looking. Also probably while they're looking, too.
