Pidgeonpaw's Ownership

By purchasing or receiving a design of mine, you're accepting these terms and conditions. All of my designs fall under these rules, with no exceptions. Failure to comply can result in being publicly blacklisted from owning any future designs.

Ownership Rules

• You may only sell adopts for what you purchased them for, with the addition of commissioned artwork. Do not resell my designs for more than the original purchase amount and any commissioned works.
• All sales are absolute and final. I do not issue refunds. If you're no longer interested in the design, resell it for purchased value or trade them.
• You're free to change my designs as freely as you wish! Colors, species, extra accessories. Just leave the original file on toyhouse and credit me for the original concept.
• Don't take my characters off of toyhouse without getting explicit permission from me. You're free to put them as authorize only, though I'd love to get a key or be authorized if possible.
• You're not allowed to add any additional ownership rules to my designs. Don't police others on what they can, or cannot, do with my designs.
• Free designs cannot be resold for any currency unless they come with commissioned artwork. Trades, gifts, and personal pieces don't count toward this. ONLY commissioned works!
• In addition, free designs can only be traded under the circumstance they have additional art. Personal art counts towards this! However, as mentioned before, you're welcome to resell free designs with commissioned work.
• You're welcome to return designs to me if you can't rehome them, but it is not ever required. I am willing to revamp and rehome the design.
