About: Melchior is one of the immortal princes of the Cursed Brothers Three: princes of a lost kingdom, born with dark curses to prolong their suffering and the suffering of others. The three wander the lands of Ionia, bringing chaos and ill-tidings in their cursed wake -- and against their own wills. Death is the only known way of curing them, but their curses grant them an extreme will to live in order to prevent a sudden end to their suffering. Compared to his brothers Taegan and Hathimir, Melchior is the youngest. Melchior’s curse is the Affliction Seal, the worst of the three curses laid upon him and his siblings. His presence can cause curses among other people, as well as illness and famine. He despises himself immensely and feels a never-ending loneliness. However, he is grateful for his loving brothers and looks up to them very much. Underneath his mask is a terrible horror -- an evil mouth with the capability to produce a variety of disturbing and disgusting things known as The Maw. He refuses to take his mask off for that reason. He only has one ear, having lost his other to the mouth upon his face. His skin is slightly paler than his brother's because of his curse.
