Kazemi is an illusive person, seemingly materalizing out of nowhere with a cart of goods and trinkets anywhere a festival is active. In the summer, his stall is occumpanied by a goldfish scooping pond. He's very particular with his fish, and will remark to winning visitors that delicate care of their prize will grant them good luck for as long as the fish remains alive. Made famous by both his mystique and unforgettable appearance, he's something of small scale legend. Despite being soft-spoken and stern, he is very popular with children for the goldfish laturns he hands out at his stall year round. If you bring him some bamboo, washi, and some friendly conversation, he just might teach you to make them too. He's been an active merchant for years and years, but there is no account of him ever changing much in appearance. Some elderly claim he has been coming to see them during festivals since they themselves were children, but it's all just hearsay.
