Mosso is a rat that Frank first met when she arrived to Flipside, quickly befriending the feline despite their usual fears of cats as they watch over Frank and rely upon her for food at times. Mosso really is just a normal rat, but they're the best boy rat and have surprisingly good morals for such a small friend.
