TITLE
Geum is the terrifying other half of Wysteria City. The type of man who fears no Gods or Demons, he would conquer the world if it amused him. He runs an underground Yakuza syndicate whilst being a Fire-Type Gym Leader as a cover, running half of the city with his irritating partner coworker, Wells. He likes the finer things in life such as expensive wines, money, comfortable clothes, and delicious meals, and will often use the money from his illegal activities to fund it.
Not much is known about the mans past life, although it is mostly known that he originated from Johto due to his Johtoian dialect and knowledge of the language. When he and Wells were selected to be the joint Gym Leaders of Wysteria city, Geum had already been making plans to spread his Yakuza influence in the city. It isn't public knowledge that the gang belongs to him, but Wells is the only one who knows and has decided to keep it (and their relationship) a secret to protect him from the Pokemon League.
