'Boa' Eloisa Moretti

The next Don of the Blue Brothers gang, Boa is precise and wild. She lives with a blatant disregard for law and human life. She is flirtatious and powerful and often performs at the BB gang's various bars. Boa's songs always seems to have a darker underlying tone that sends shivers down the spines of those who hear it, and yet the rush has them coming back for more. When working the streets she leaves a beautiful boa wrapped the necks of her victims, and most have died from asphyxiation. Hence her nickname.
