Description

 A small male looking person with pastel green hair kept short and parted around the ears. He has a round face and green eyes. In land form he keeps a clothover his hair both to keep warm,  and partly to cover up the scar on his head. He also has a large birthmark on his back, with flower like shaped inside. He wears layers and dresses modestly. A pale green padded Kimono with a soft pattern. Over this is a long white cloak with the inside padded with a silk floral pattern. A green shawl and gracedia clip covers his neck and shoulders. A similar clip is on his belt. 

When in sky form the head peice is removed and replaced with silver laurals and he hoosk the cloak behind him like a cape. A red arm band adorns his left arm. 

He is a timid and nervous person. He stutters a bit and prefers to be alone then around large groups of others. He loves gardening and lives in a small personally kept garden, sleeping in a hammock. He prefers not to fight others, but will if needed. even if he is much more comfertable being alone, being a ledgendary pokemon means he sometimes has to meet up with others in order to keep order in things. 
He is a secret romantic.
