Enoch

Formerly human. A lifetime of abuse and misfortune causes him to about to commit suicide, but due to Barry and Santhos' interference, he instead unknowingly performed a ritual to turn himself into a demon.

Barry wanted to make him his subordinate, but Enoch rebelled and with a help from Amon, he escaped Barry and formed an alliance with Eleanora, Barry's enemy. Together they help humanity as best as they can.  

Unstable emotional state.

Due to traumas, he unconsciously unable to materialize his face when his demon body was formed, turn him into a headless demon. He can use anything as a head and materialize his face on it. He mostly uses paper bag because it's easily replaceable. He got demonized at 31 years old so his body is of a 31 years old man.

Even though he have demonic powers, He still not used to it so he behave and act like human in his demon body, like walking and running and physically interact with things by touching them like normal human do. Because he can't use his demon power well, he mainly uses tools to attack, like knives or chainsaw. He is able to levitate tools.

Only when provoked to the edge, in danger, or mad, that he unleashes his demon ability and most of the times it's out of control. In this angered state, he often causes damaging chaos, more destructive behavior, and harming others. In his normal human-like state, he generally calm and collected.

His power/theme is blood or blood manipulation (e.g. conjure wings from blood, etc).

A 32 years old salary man, who got fired and have no social contact. In his more and more desperate search for a job he aimlessly wander around town, not realizing some eyes that taken interest on him.
