Victor's Ownership

- please do not sell designs for more than you bought them for, unless you've drawn or bought more art of them! art trades also count ofc

- if you get one of my designs for free (regardless of if it's directly from me or someone else) you are NOT allowed to sell/trade them for a profit unless you've drawn/commissioned art of them. you will be blacklisted if you try to profit off of free designs by me, even if you were given them by someone else.

- you may make children/family members for them with similar looks, but please don't make them so similar that they're just copies/recolors of the original. if you're not sure if the designs are too similar, feel free to ask me! 

- feel free to edit the design!! anything from small changes to full revamps are okay! 

- if you edit/revamp a design: all i ask is that you don't sell/trade one version of the design as a separate character UNLESS the other version looks significantly different (for example, please don't change like 4 things and then sell one, that's just making a ripoff and it's rlly scummy imo). if the revamp looks like a distinctly different character, then feel free to resell the original if you want to! (for clarity: if you're selling the old and new designs together as one character, then they don't need to look completely different; this rule ONLY applies if you're trying to pass them off as two DIFFERENT characters). this also applies to kid/family member designs that are similar to the original; please don't sell them unless they're clearly different designs.
