Sometimes a monster thats sometimes a dragon, always a puppet.

JV is watch you get if you crossed Glamrock with Beach Boy vibes and threw it all onto a muppet. I'd say their personality is similar to a background character in a show who is trying to relax and ends up being in the wrong place at the wrong time with a twist of 'I somehow befriended everyone in this precarious situation and we're going to get some coffee later.'

This puppet monster does have a gimmick and tends to be electrocuted almost daily. However, its similar to Muppet fashion humor where Gonzo is always getting blown out of a canon or someone is always getting caught in an explosion. Good puppety nonsense.
