TOS:

- Please credit me the first time you use the adopt and/or post them to a different website! After that, crediting is optional. If you're uploading the OC to Toyhou.se , please credit me as Kawaiimarshmallowkit (on site creator).

- You are 100% allowed to redesign them as long as they are still somewhat recognizable. This is more of a guideline/suggestion than a rule, it won't get you blacklisted if you do redesign them beyond recognition.

- Holds are for two weeks! If I don't hear from you within two weeks, I will notify you that I'm taking the character off hold. I can extend the hold for another week at max if you ask, though. If I take the character off hold after the extension is up, but you later get enough points and the character is still available, you can still buy the character after I've taken it off hold. I don't want people taking advantage of the hold system, which is why I have it set up like this.

- I will not start working on customs or YCHs until I've been paid. Please don't order customs or YCHs from me if you know you can't pay.

- You cannot re-sell free adoptables, only re-gift and re-trade. You can only sell free adopts if they were originally up for sale and later made free, OR you have added extra worth to them (your own art, writing, commissions, etc.)

- I am not comfortable with giving my designs to kink/fetish and NSFW accounts, since to be honest I really don't like the idea of designs I made potentially becoming someone's kink OCs.  I'm not saying that you can't use designs you bought from me for this kind of content, I know I can't stop you, but trying to buy a design from me while using a primarily fetish/NSFW account will make me assume that you intend to use that design primarily for NSFW/fetish content, and I don't want designs I've made to become heavily associated with kinks/fetishes and NSFW. This means that if you are on a kink/NSFW filled account and are trying to buy from me, I will turn you down. I won't blacklist you if you do use a design you bought from me for NSFW/kinks, however, if that design is being portrayed as a minor/loli/shota or a feral animal in the NSFW/kink art, you will be blacklisted. You will also be blacklisted if you involve the design in incest artwork or r*pe themed artwork in general.

- I will NOT be revoking OCs. I haven't done something like that since I first started getting rid of old OCs on Google+, and I refuse to continue any kind of revoking. If you adopt from me and later end up on my blacklist, your OCs will not be revoked, regardless of what you did to end up on my blacklist.

- People on my blacklist are not allowed to own my designs unless they gained ownership of them before being blacklisted! Once someone is on the blacklist, they cannot be given anymore of my designs! If I find out that you've given a design of mine to someone on my blacklist, you will be blacklisted too!

- You might be able to get off the blacklist, but you'll have to discuss it with me first. If you do something really bad, like steal mine or other peoples adopts, etc. then you'll automatically get on the blacklist. If you're one of the people who did something really bad to get on the blacklist, you might have a harder time getting off of it.

Since they've blacklisted me, it only makes sense for me blacklist them too. No hard feelings, but I don't feel comfortable letting them obtain my designs if they don't want me obtaining their designs.) (Can get off the blacklist?: Possibly)

9.Lansya/Urm (Reason: https://archive.is/FTvTa Very supportive of selling AI art and AI adoptables, even though AI art steals from actual artists and takes 0 effort compared to making actual art and adoptables. AI generated characters are also worth no more than dollmaker designs (free and should not be sold unless extra non-AI or non-dollmaker art is added). (Can get off the blacklist?: No)
