Nyxta

Emerald City is known for a lot of things, mainly due to it being a trade city. On the more infamous side of things, Emerald City has some fairly large crime syndicates whose networks connect several smaller gangs together.

Near the top of one of these crime syndicates is Nyxta, the leader of the Severed. She's got an extensive history as an ex-thief and ex-mercenary, making her climb to power easier than most. That and her disregard for morality and the lives of most people. Its doubtful that she'll lose her position anytime soon, especially with how she operates her gang and the network she's developed by herself.

It is best to leave her alone, as more than a few have gone missing trying to worm their way into her business.
