Khalifa is a famed witch doctor, heralding from the savage Kiaruju, a hot, tropical jungle far, far Southeast of Albion. She came to Bowerstone during the reign of Lucian, the events of Fable 2, a royal guest. She was put with the castle apothecaries to study Western medicine and share knowledge in regards to magic/will and eventually travelled out into the city and beyond it, finding herself meeting Garth. Finding him far more knowledgeable than any other she had thusly met, Khalifa stayed with him, studying beneath him and in turn sharing her own mysticism and art of magic.

She fights using small voodoo dolls as familiars, has powers which can summon frogs from the sky like rain and can vomit poison. She wears a blouse and a corset, breeches and boots whilst in Albion, but her usual garb is body paint, animal skin, bone and feathers - most notably her half-mask, adorned with small bells which tinkle with even the slightest turn of her head. She can change her costume with her staff, cracking the heel on it on the floor, a green and purple fog envelopes her, leaving in its wake her traditional wear. She prefers to fight in this.
