About
Sebastian grew up in the Caribbean Sea. He ran away from home to venture off on his own. He thought it was a good decision until a sea creature hunter tried to attack him, throwing spears at him and lost a part of his tail. Sebastian escaped but later got stuck in ropes, he struggled to get loose and gave up. Another Mermaid dog named Malibu saw him on the sand, and helped him free. They soon enough became friends and travel the ocean together finding treasures and exploring the unknown lands.

Personality
Sebastian is usually grumpy and cautious. But when he wants to be he's very thoughtful and kind. He get nervous when Malibutries to explore in obvious dangerous places. But overall he does love exploring, he just likes to be prepared.
