Rudy is the love child between a Tanuki and a Kitsune, their relationship disallowed Rudy goes back and forth from the hidden home of one parent to another. Growing up hasn't been easy, never knowing what will happen. Not having the full powers of either parent, nor knowing which will manifest when. The two abilities Rudy has any real control over are going from an anthro form to a feral, and​ changing colors. Rudy dreams of the day there's no more need for hiding.

 The reason for Rudy hiding is that the Tanuki and the Kitsune clans severely disapprove of any existing that are a blend of the two. The clans started hunting before Rudy was even born. They have come close a few times, but so far just before being located Rudy was moved. Currently Rudy lives as far as is safely possible from the homelands.

While it's unlikely to come to fruition anytime soon,  Rudy can hardly wait until there no longer a need to hide. Wanting to study different art styles and learn from people with a variety of styles and experiences
