[A phoenix that exists throughout time to bring order to history. While mostly male, some reincarnations are female. (though he is a worthy opponent as both) The incarnation of light itself, he is known throughout history to show up at critical moments. He is strong, and the forces of darkness are often unable to stand up to him, though his selfless ideals often cause early deaths. He has a quiet personality and adheres to his morals. He believes in the good in people and truly loves the kings he appoints.The organization called The Light was built up around him, and thanks to their meddling he has no memory of who or what he is. In the end, he's just a puppet for them to use.] 

Anshu is a very strong warrior and he holds the rank of Arch-Paladin in the Light. He has a strong sense of justice, and believes that he can change the corruption now found in the organization. He gets flashes of dreams sometimes, of different places and peoples, but the medicine the priests of the order give him takes them away along with the strong emotions he experiences because of them.

Anshu is one of a famous troupe of performers. They have a beautiful voice, said to make any who hear it fall in love. Their beauty is incomparable, and many have tried to court them.

DRAGON AGE INQUISITION

Ashe is the youngest son of the Trevelyan family. With no claim on his family's estate or holdings, he joined the templar order at a young age. Before he could complete his vows, however, he went to the conclave and became the so called "Herald of Andraste". Growing up in a religious family with a strong faith, he accepted the role willingly.

While religious, Ashe disagreed with many of the methods the Templar Order used. He supported the mages when possible, and tried to look out for them and protect them. In his time at the Circle in Ostwick, he fell in love with a mage. They had a secret relationship that ended tragically when the mage was killed by templars. Soon after, the conclave was called, and Ashe had little time to mourn.

As the Herald of Andraste, Ashe believed he was chosen, and strived to do everything in his power to protect those under him. He strongly advocated for a cease to the Mage-Templar War, yet when faced with the choice of picking an ally, he chose the Templars. Wishing to redeem and reform the Order, he invited them to Haven.

When Corypheus attacked Haven, Ashe willingly sacrificed himself to save innocent lives. He was badly wounded, and somehow mananged to find Inquisition forces. Badly shaken by events and wounds, he struggled to lead those he saved. Thanks to support from his companions and advisors, he was able to recover, though he carried the guilt with him. Ashe lost his faith, knowing now that he was not chosen, and his power was certainly not sent by Andraste.

While recovering, he becomes close to Dorian, both understanding the position of being a son of parents who expect too much. The two flirt and banter, though Ashe is cautious, the memory of his last lover still fresh in his mind. It isn't until after being trapped in the fade that Ashe embraces his feelings, deciding life is too short to hold onto the past. The two love being scandalous and have an ongoing game of who can shock visiting nobility the most.

Ashe loves horses, and he is one of the best riders in the Inquisition.
