Father and son duo that live out in a small house as far out of town as they can be without it being too far to drive back into town. Kinda like where I live. It's a nice quiet place in the forest-filled mountains. Will have cameos in all my stories because I just love them a lot and want to have them interact with my various characters.

The dad goes into town to work at his job at the local indoor/outdoor pool, he owns it. There he makes a lot of (technically unwanted) but valuable connections. Some of the kids, young adults, and even some adults have grown very fond of their grumpy pool keeper. They also fawn all over the kiddo because he has to come along to work, he is 5 years old and far too young to be left in the woods at home alone. He uses his baby face to get away with all sorts of trouble but is actually a sweetheart and sensitive kid. He attaches to those that look feminine very quickly due to having no mother and bad experiences he hardly remembers with their ex-pack and the masculine people there.

He frequently has night terrors and his dad has scars from both trying to comfort him from them and from their ex-pack. The dad has his own nightmares but the second he hears even a small whimper he is right by his son's side. Unknown to either of them, there is a reason this small town of supernaturals was made. Not even the leaders remember the true reason. Many odd things occur but it is chalked up to being because there are so many beings around with magical abilities. The truth is far deeper than this and these two tend to run into some of these, oddities since they live a little way out from town and are surrounded by the mountains and trees.
