Noëll

Originally this was going to be a really mundane character design but I had an epiphany about making my guinea pig character have 80s hair and be flamboyant and I rolled with it. I also Noëll's narrative function is kinda a weird blend of Bugs Bunny and Excaliber from Soul Eater so basically... extremely chaotic but clever character that in canon irritates everyone around them with their obnoxious and antagonizing personality. Thing in my intent is in meta people should find them funny rather than frustrating. They mostly serve as a non villain antagonist to people that deserve to be hoisted by their petard.

This is definitely the most Don Bluth-y design I've made up to now visually at least lol.
