Personality: 

Looks young and pliable but is actually worldly and mature. He's generally quiet and reserved, but amiable. Has a dark side which shows when he raises skeletons; treats them like his pets. He doesn't have a conventional view about what's considered beautiful and so thinks the oddest things are beautiful. He's afraid of letting people down because he lost his dad due to not being strong enough, and wants to be someone others can depend on when in a tight bind. 

Appearance: 

His eyes are blue but glow gold when he uses his powers to communicate with the dead. He has black hair and pale skin, with a few small moles that can't be seen clearly except when standing close to him (one on his ear, one on his chin, one above an eyebrow). He has a languid (?) gait and walks with and easy confidence. Although he is clearly a mage who specializes in necromancy, which would normally make people give him a wide berth, he appears genial and approachable.

Abilities: 

Communicating with the dead, raising skeletons, summoning spirits and healing (though he doesn't like using the last one cause he never did develop his white magic very well, and it consumes more life force than necessary). He is a ranged fighter but if forced to engaged in close combat, he can do so with his staff (thought he can only knock people out). Would likely lose to trained fighters in such a fight.

Back Story: 

Was raised by his father who was also a necromancer but his father died when he was a teen (they got attacked by monsters, and Yuki was too weak to stand his ground so his father got killed and he barely escaped with his life; been wandering around on his own ever since. He joins monster-hunting parties to fight in infested areas whenever he needs money to get by.
