“Well.... I’m not technically human, so I don’t need to follow your dumb rules~” 

I was watching Pokémon Detective pikachu again (I may have a small obsession-) and randomly came up with a really stupid idea for a Bnha oc and decided to go with it-

Riley is originally from Rhyme City and was present for the parade incident. They’re the type of kid who knowingly runs into danger just for the fun of it, and that’s mainly what led to their downfall. As they say, Curiosity killed the cat. They had found their way into one of the fight clubs that the “R” was being tested in. While watching a fight with their partner, Shinx, someone had used the “R” samples and proceeded to let all hell break loose. Amidst the chaos Riley had accidentally taken a cracked R sample to the face and inhaled the entire vial of it. Since the R was designed for Pokémon it had a strange effect on Riley that resulted in their body producing a toxin much like the R instead of Carbon Dioxide.

After the events of the parade due to their weird mutation they were unable to change back fully and their partner was unfortunately lost forever.... But they usually try to make the most of it by messing around with others. 

A few years later they found their way to Musutafu and started wreaking minimal havoc whenever they felt like. They show up at UA sometimes just to annoy the staff and scare the students when they’re bored.
