Biography:

Julie was born originally in her mother's homeland, Japan. But, her father insisted that she was at least taken to his homeland to experience it and be more diverse in her cultures. So she was. In fact, Julie ended up staying with her father for quite some time before she returned to Japan. 

She had an older brother named Andrew Roberts, that stayed back in Japan with their mother to help her with the housework or the shop that she owned. They both welcomed her back with open arms and were very supportive when she was a bit slow to pick up back the language. Her older brother would show her around, while her mother taught her about the culture.  

Going to school was a bit of a problem with the language barrier, it wasn't that people ignored her or bullied her. She was just shy and not sure how to approach people, how to strike up a conversation. She had transferred in a time where people had already found their little group of friends, and it was hard to integrated herself with any of them. Julie wanted to build friendships and bonds but it never seemed to happen with her. Any interaction she had were short lived and although she made no enemies, she didn't make any close long term friends. So, she took to writing as a coping mechanism. Creating new characters each and every day, imagining and making them live the life that she never could. 

Julie never let her storywriting get in the way of her studies though. She made sure to keep just above average. Enough to get a good record but not draw too much attention to herself. After graduating from both highschool and college, Julie thought to herself it wouldn't do her good to stick by her parents so much- as she wanted to know what it felt like to be "Independent" for once. Thus leading her to getting a job as a writer and moving out. Her Japanese is no longer as bad as it use to be and she writes her thoughts in a mix of both.

After some apartment hoping, Julie ended up living in Kai Apartments for sometime. Each move brings about new experiences for her so she wondered what this one was going to be like.

Personality:

Julie can be described as a supportive but reclusive person. She is not very opened to talking about herself but likes to learn about others. At times she can seem like an airhead but that's cause she's a little slow to respond or is double checking in her mind if "this is the right" way to do something. Overall polite and kind to others. If ever needed she takes her frustrations out in private, as she wants to present the best possible version of herself at all times. Can be a bit of perfectionist because of this. Note, it is easy to make her cry but she will also forgive if it means things can move along smoothly.

Relationships:

Family- Still keeps in contact with them, they do worry about her but respect her wishes as an adult to allow her to have space. Originally her father was against it but there isn't much he can do to stop her.

-Her struggles with stress manifests in her hair. Julie has various strands of white/light orange hair that she doesn't pull out or hide. She doesn't see it as a bad thing.

-Has worked retail jobs before- terrible when it came to customer service 

-Has a secretary, editor, proofreader- people that help her with her work . Sometimes they will come over to check up on her well being

-Sometimes has trouble sleeping, or will be in a constant state of sleepiness

-Will take sleep pills if the time comes

-Can experience seasonal depression. When this happens, Julie tries to be around things that comfort her. 

-Reads a lot of shoujo manga

-Has turned down everyone that's confessed to her because of her high standards. She gets scolded by her friends and co-workers for having unrealistic expectations.
