I might change the design a bit, like making the symbol on the head be a gem and the one on the flank be s design vs the circle with a plus. I am thinking just the pluss sign, but would have to play with it to see what I feel looks best. I might also rid of the plus on the tail to simplify it a bit. Everything else will be left as designed. This would also be for art and possibly given a brief backstory. They make me thing of slime, electricity and biohazard. So may incorporate that into their abilities/backstory. The seem like a trouble maker so probly would make them a prankster.
