My main sona <3 Apollo's gf Note that the wheelchair thing strictly pertains to her superhero origin story and I am not/have never been in a wheelchair 👍 Since the SCHAU is over she’s not related to Marvel anymore but is being recycled into an original story. However her superhero uniform is still the same and her stats which is why I left the SCHAU reference. She works with Agent Aaron Lynk. Backstory: For most of her life, Briar has been confined to a wheelchair due to an accident that left her paralyzed from the middle of her back down when she was a kitten. When she was 21 she found out about an experimental treatment for paralysis and applied. She was accepted and went to get the surgery on the scheduled day. The surgery worked and Briar was able to walk again - a little too well. The nurses let her go seeing as there were no complications and she seemed to be fine, but while walking home Briar discovered that she made it back to her apartment in a fifth of the time that it took to get to the medical center. It turns out that the surgery had given her super speed! Thrilled with this revelation, she decides not to tell the medical center and uses her powers to get places quickly and gain fame and promotion in her job delivering pizzas, until one day an Agent from a secret protection service finds her and demands that she stop causing chaos and either get another surgery to "fix" her legs or vow to only use her powers for good and respectfully in the context of society. Briar, not wanting to give up her powers, sgrees to the second and the Agent, Aaron Lynk, is put in charge of keeping an eye on her and training her. She now spends her time keeping the city safe from criminals and going on top secret missions with Agent Lynk under the name Impulse.
