Do you know what they call a goat’s song? A tragedy. Enter Dante Montecchio, a satyr bard that has seen more than his fair share of that.
Despite that, our charming goat stands up against political tyranny, carrion crawlers, and his own inner demons to become what he's always dreamed of being: A hero.
The path isn't easy, and it's made all the more difficult by new obstacles and old threats of his harrowing past. In the end, Dante unlocked the ability to travel between worlds to see unfamiliar star maps, night skies unfamiliar.
Now that the possibilities for adventure are truly endless, what will he find?

Summary
Your sassy best friend, Dante began life as a temporary side character that shouldn't be that important, and yet here he is four years later. His mood is infectious and his antics and misadventures have brought a new energy to the events around him. From extensive game nights with loads of board games and cards to Dante's Bag of Everything™ to him getting initiated into an evil war God's cult by accident, there's rarely a dull moment with Dante. Recent trends have made him more nerdy, inventing and experimenting with magic. Some say his newest cloak was dyed many colors protecting him from his own color splash abilities.
Dante is a charming theater kid at heart. He loves puns and jokes and often uses them to be quite amicable. Beneath an air of jokey incompetence beats a brave, altruistic heart that wants to become a hero that one tells stories about. He has a dissatisfied undertone of not being good enough. Still, he overtly has a vibe that wants nothing more than to do good and protect his friends at all costs.
At the end of the day, Dante is a good boy just trying to do good things. Whether or not that makes him a hero doesn't matter like it used to. He's learning to love himself with his girlfriend and friends. He will continue to do good for the sake of doing good, and hopefully that will be enough.
Design
• Can be drawn in virtually any attire or state of dress, undershirts or nothing at all is just as fine as something fancy!
• Has an aversion to pants, usually seen as a satyr without them
• He's 5'6 without his horns, which bring him up to about a 5'9
• His horns have a sort of knotted/ribbed texture to them when shaded
• Reds and Golds are usually the preferred accents of his clothing
Trivia
• He can most likely drink you under a table, don't let his size fool you
• He can speak Common, Elven, Dwarven, Draconic, and Goblin (The latter due to his indoctrination into the goblin church of Gruumsh)
• He's left handed!
• Dante was originally named Romeo, before I decided the name was a little too on the nose. His last name, Montecchio, is homage to that naming scheme

Stella
Dante's girlfriend, his family, his everything. Their dynamic is a fun one, originally smarmy best friends who crushed very, very heavily on one another. After months of suffering, Dante finally confessed his feelings to her when she admitted to him that he was-- her hero.
Cal
You'd imagine that they wouldn't get along. But Calaren really was just an incredible person. He delighted in Dante's interests, and tried to involve himself in what was important to Dante merely because it was important to him. It definitely cemented a crush in the satyr's heart, one that grew.
Kass
Dante's mother, she'd given him everything, living above her means to give him the best life. His poor outlook on satyrs comes from his father's treatment of her, which, as a satyr, he often applies to himself.
Jerry
An adventuring companion, Dante got off on the wrong foot with Jerry by claiming to be dating his wife when they first met. It's chilled out since then, where Jerry teaches Dante important lessons on survival and Dante teaches him how to be a nerd.
