He's an absolute maniac, but he usually looks like a normal, respectable guy. But he's actually a lunatic, he'll go from regular and calm to fighting and screaming and has no issue killing people. His personality is in constant flux, but he usually will be causing or encouraging chaos and crimes.

He seems to somehow always have a stick of dynamite on him, no matter where he is, what he's doing, or if he could even have anything with him.
