The Saturn district is one of the 2 most outwardly shady celestial divisions. In a formal alliance with the Uranus district, they are focused on excitement and profit. The streets are line with casinos, hotels, and bars galore. It's hard not to get caught up in the fast paced enviornment. Not hidden at all, illict activites are very common. The most active gangs in the area are sanctioned by Camden and Carmen. Smaller gangs are snuffed out unless they are very cautious. One such gang is Moonshine. A rebellious group of misfits that moves around the Saturn and Uranus districts at night.
