Delphini Vela

Not much is known about this mare since she keeps to herself, except that she was born from a shooting star. She's incredibly smart and powerful, and can conjure just about anything that can be thought up. She tries to help other ponies fulfil their wishes, though some are more unreasonable than others, so she tries to focus on children instead. While they don't know each other, she is actually related to Time Vortex, and hopes to one day get to know her better. Timey doesn't know it, but Delphini has been watching her since the day that Timey and Ocean arrived in their current universe.
