FEATURES & TRAITS

Electrified Frame -  Whenever you
are subjected to lightning damage, you take no damage and may instead choose to spend 1 hit dice for every 10 damage you would have taken. For each Hit Die spent in this way, you regains hit points equal to die roll + your constitution modifier.

Shoddy Construction - You gain the ability to detach small pieces of your body such as hands as a bonus action, or reaction to taking damage. While a body part detached, your hit point maximum is reduced by one hit die. While detached, these body parts may be treated as a Crawling Claw
(Monster Manual pg 44) which you command telepathically. You can replace a destroyed body part with a equivalent body part from a fresh corpse. Doing
so takes 1 hour and requires a medicine check with a dc of 15.

Expertise - At 1st level, choose two of your skill proficiencies, or one of your skill proficiencies and your proficiency with thieves’ tools. Your proficiency bonus is doubled for any ability check you make that uses either of the chosen proficiencies. (perception and stealth)

Sneak Attack - Beginning at 1st level, you know how to strike subtly and exploit a foe’s distraction. Once per turn, you can deal an extra 1d6 damage to one creature you hit with an attack if you have advantage on the attack roll.

BACKSTORY

Formally a normal human, monster-hunting assassin Quiney was quite proud of his work. Things went sideways when he took a bounty on a foul necromancer, Maurice, but fell victim to one of the traps within the necromancer's lair. His soul was stripped from his flesh and used in Maurice's horrid experiments. With his soul sewn into a body of corpses and tied to the necromancer's will. He despises this new existence and rebels in whatever small ways he can.
