Sophie's Ownership

1. Do not resell for more than you payed unless they have extra art which you PAYED FOR. Requests and gift art do not count towards the price. YOU MAY however charge for your own art if you made art of them! 2. Don't request creator rights if I designed it, I'm pretty sure someone did that once lol, I will decline. If you want any changes to be made to the transfer thing (such as I accidentally made them non-transferable, my designs are always at the least giftable!) please just contact me and I'll see what I can do! 3. If you receive a character of one of my closed species but want to change it into a non-species character YOU MUST contact me beforehand to discuss it and show me the new design so I can approve whether it still looks too much like my species to be considered a seperate design or not. Like I don't want people having Benniebows that look like Benniebows and there are no changes to the design, still but deciding their human and not part of the species. 4. You may redesign characters made by me as long as I still recieve credit. 5. Do not use any of my designs for commercial use without contacting me ahead of time so we can discuss details and stuff. I'd rather not suddenly see a design I made being used commercially without at least being informed (I doubt this would happen anyway lol) this doesn't mean you can't use my designs for commercial use, I just need to be talked with first! 6. Do not delete my designs and reupload in order to get around the creator rights. 7. If you sell/giveaway/trade a design by me you have no rights to say what they can and can't do with it. The character belongs to them and as long as they're following my simple rules they are fine. Do not give someone a design by me only to take it back, once you have given them the character your rights to it are gone and it belongs to them. They do not have to give it back to you. That's just common sense but some people will give away a character and then demand you give it back/guilt you for it back. 8. Do not guilt trip people into trading you a design by me. Please?

I'm actually pretty lax with designs I make and am always willing to talk things through, I'd just like to have some kind of rules to keep people who own my designs from unnecessary drama. I'm not very good at designing characters but I do enjoy it lol, my designs don't sell well but there are some people who have designs by me and deserve to be protected.
