Powers:  both his banshee and elemental sides grant romeo the ability to outlive most humans. his banshee side lets him release a powerful wail that can stop peoples hearts, madden them, or immobilize them with grief. due to his not being fully banshee, however, it is a bit uncomfortable/strenuous to use this ability. he's trained himself to drown out the rotting feeling and taste associated with those abilities, and mostly only uses them in times of dire need for self defense. as a partial air/wind elemental, romeo also has some command over the air and the ability to fly for short periods of time. again, due to the diluted ability and not really ever being trained to use it, its mostly passive and in association with emotions or energies in the room. often he'll subconsciously use it to enhance a performance/moment, or, again, in self defense. 

Personality
> Charismatic, suave, even a bit cocky. Romeo is a performer by nature, and as such he has a bit of an air of self importance. That said, he also is incredibly good with people and has a bit of charm for all his bigheadedness
> Free loving and very open about surface level feelings. Closed off deeper feelings so harshly he's often not even aware of them himself.
> Cheerful and joyous most of the time. Romeo seeks to put smiles on everyones faces, even when he's not performing, and the first step to that is approaching with a positive attitude! It doesn't mean his attitude never sours, but it doesn't take much to get him back on track for the most part.

> Singing / Songwriting / Practicing music. It's his job, but it's also his passion. Even if he's not necessarily making money from it, Romeo finds himself trying to pick up new instruments or come up with new lyrics. He keeps a journal on him at all times in case inspiration strikes!
> Romeo is actually a big fan of strategy-based boardgames, like chess or go. He's pretty good at them, too.

> Romeo was born to a relatively well-off family, but grew up in a very restrictive and abusive environment. He stayed to keep his mother safe, but once she died he left home as soon as he could, pursuing his dreams as a musician. He's severed all contact with his family, and hasn't talked to or sought out to contact his father since he left.
> Romeo is a somewhat successful indie artist. He recorded his own eps at friends' houses before he really got on the road, and once he had more money, he pulled some strings and called favors enough to be able to record an album more traditionally. Currently, he plays all the instruments on his albums, with occasional help from aforementioned friends when he can manage. He has a storage unit/po box where he keeps his instruments and merch, but for the most place wanders where he pleases, finding small venues where he can and selling what he has on him. He's not unkown by much of any means, thanks to the internet, recordings of his performance and his music and touring focused youtube channel, but he's yet to be swept up by any major studio, except to guest on others' albums once or twice.

> Romeo has an unfortunate habit of falling for people easy, and for a long time didn't have much ability to tell between people who genuinely care for him and people who seek to use or hurt him. He's been in a lot of rough relationships, and a few nice ones. He's also gotten himself into messy situations because he didn't bother to do any background checking before tumbling into someone's bedroom. He's doing better at it now, though. Somewhat.
> Romeo believes in a sort of free love way of living life. Not in a 60s hippie way so much as the idea of not letting the experiences of his previous partners taint the idea of new love, and searching out that love whenever he can (within reason... not that its never gotten him in trouble before). It's easy to frame this as him just being a guy who sleeps around, and not that he doesn't, but the emotional connections he makes with people are as important to him as anything, as is having fun.
> Despite his upbeat attitude, a lot of Romeo's songs are very mournful or melancholy. Many of them are hopeful and cheery as well, but more often than not, his music is his primary outlet for feelings so packed away he often forgets to feel them otherwise.
