Lamont was the second grem to be commissioned by a popular talent agency in an attempt to create the perfect 'superstar grem', with talents in acting, singing, modeling... anything consumable by an audience. He took to the role with incredible ease, immediately drawing attention from the public for his good looks and visually appealing mutations, as well as his onstage chemistry with the agency's first grem star, Elowen.
he became the agency's poster child, and lamont reveled in the attention, popularity, and pampering that came with his status. the special treatment is all he's ever known, so he often comes across as ignorant or naïve to life outside of his on-stage character. because of his status, Elowen was the only person, grem or otherwise, that Lamont was able to grow closer to. he's admired and has tried to impress her ever since arriving at the agency, with oftentimes poor results.
in his recent attempts to get past Elowen's cold shoulder, he's gotten into some shady gambling games, following her comments on his immaturity and lack of worldly experiences. he practically has endless cash to spare, and really enjoys the thrill going undercover for these games... after all, having an exciting nightlife feels like the fast lane for 'worldly experiences'. as long as the agency doesn't catch on to his pastimes, his life will continue to be smooth sailing.
