Khalil

It's pretty obvious by his appearance alone, but he's a Fanalis. I'm not into Magi anymore so I've contemplated either getting rid of him or burying deep in the pits of forgotten works to never be seen again, but to be honest I still love him and so I'm putting him up on here.

At first glance, Khalil comes off as quiet and withdrawn. He has a hard time interacting with people he doesn't know well and, in most cases than not, favors hiding behind his friends to being sociable. Due to his past as a former slave, he does not trust easily and is always on guard around others. He's a firm believer that respect should only be given to those who have earned it and will not play the passive bystander if he finds someone going out of line.

Out of the eyes of strangers however, Khalil is a lot more outgoing and active. If something has caught his attention, he's immediately on it. He's a curious person by nature and has a passion for learning new things. Although he struggles with reading, he does not let it get in the way of picking up a book and immersing himself in it. He's honest and headstrong, with a strong sense of loyalty.

As with all Fanalis living outside the Dark Continent, Khalil was captured and enslaved as a child. He, along with the others under their slave owner, eventually started a riot and broke free. It was during this incident that Khalil became a Household Member.
