Tapioca is a southern Glasae, and she's pretty much a big city girl, she always has been. She's not very good with traveling outside her birthplace, so she build up her business somewhere as quaint as it can get. She owns a local bakery, making her own quality sweets and pastries, she's all about hard work. It's not a popular place, but sometimes she gets her friends to work part time whenever it gets busy (which is rare)
She's sturdy, enthusiastic, and always motivates the people who know her. She's good at pep talks, but not very good at emotional support, but that doesn't stop her from trying to help her friends!
