♡ These rules only apply to characters I am selling, trading or giving away for free! ♡

[Terms of Use] ★ I will hold a design for 48 hours once it has been claimed. If you fail to notify me that you have received the files or accept the toyhou.se transfer within that amount of time, the adopt will be released and you cannot claim it again.

★I am willing to take back a design if no longer wanted, however, I will not try to forcefully reclaim it.

★You may not resell or trade freebies. If they do not come with extra art, they are ONLY free and worth nothing. I absolutely do not allow people to decide the worth of a free design in my place; I made it, I made it free, that still stands.

★If you no longer want a design I've given you for free, you may send it back to me, or regift it. If it is sold or traded you will be permanently blacklisted, and I will not allow you to claim freebies or buy from me again. In simpler terms; you received a design for free, I do not want you profiting off of it. It may only be retraded or resold if there is extra art.

★If you resell or trade one of my freebies and it does not have extra art, I will notify the person that bought it from you that they have been scammed, and that you have broken TOS!

★For designs you have bought off me, do not resell for a higher price unless they have gained extra art!

★Once you own one of my designs you can redesign them at your leisure but keep in mind these rules will still apply! If you end up changing them so much you believe that this rule should no longer apply, message me and we'll talk about it! :D
