Vick wasn't born, but created. He was meant to be a glitch to hack into other people's information, but his creator sneezed, activating his own quirk of bringing technology to life, and then a four year old with black hair, brown eyes, and freckles was in his lap. Not a few seconds later, the black hair was replaced by glitching brown, the freckles disappeared, and he had glowing green eyes.

The creator adopted him, giving Vick his name and his quirk name of "Living Glitch". For the first few years of his life, he would stay near electrical outlets that had chargers in them, sucking on the chargers as though they were bottles. He listened carefully to what his adoptive father would say, easily picking it up and mimicking him.

When he was seven, Vick accidentally glitched himself into a computer at his house, terrifying himself at first before he realized he felt more comfortable in the computer than he did in the house. He got into files he shouldn't have on accident, and then realized he could grab things and bring them out, bringing out a plushie of a Mimikyu that he held close.

After he got used to going into electronics, whenever he got scared, that's where he'd go. Eventually, his adoptive father got him a phone, and he kept it with him, usually keeping a part of himself in his phone in order to make a quick get away.

In his first year at UA, having been sent there by his adoptive father, he met Mayoku, and eventually developed a crush on him, though he was never able to confess.

Vick is now in his second year in the UA Hero Course, and dating Mayoku. Towards the beginning of the year, Vick finally gained the courage and asked him out, and was thoroughly surprised when he said yes.

He became the class clown and the trouble maker of his class, staying withing the top fifteen of the class with his studies.

He still goes into his phone whenever he gets stressed, anxious, or even scared, also going into it sleep. He has gotten better at socialization, but still doesn't attempt to make friends on his own, much preferring if people come to him to talk.

There is a student named Nishi in the other second year Hero Course who can tell that Vick is in fact a bunch of coding instead of an actual human, and Vick is extremely uncomfortable about it. He is thankful that no one else seems to believe him, and does his best to avoid him, scared he'll lose everything if he tells people Nishi's right.

Vick marries Mayoku, and opens a cyber-hero agency, an online only hero agency. He goes after cyber criminals, and is rather good at doing so. He chases after tech-villains, and solves cyber crimes all the time, never needing to break.

He is constantly anxious, worried that he's not enough for Mayoku and that Mayoku will realize it soon enough. He is overly self-conscious, and less mischievous than he was in high school.
