To the outside world, Jude is seen as a flashy and attractive celebrity, but deep down Jude is a very quiet and private person. Jude only opens up to a select handful of people in his life and is extremely self-reliant and independent. Although he may not seem like it, Jude is very competitive and likes to challenge himself to the extremes. He prefers to spend most time alone with his thoughts, or one on one with those he trusts.
After coming out as trans when he was 17, Jude was kicked out of his home and forced to live in his car. He participated in illegal street races until he was noticed by Spark Ryder, the previous winner of the Hour Cup. From there he went under Spark's wing and became the next winner of the Hour Cup. He was then swept up by another company, Audace, and acts as the company's poster boy to promote a new and revolutionary drug.
Jude enjoys Areal's company and enjoys spending time with them. Even though Jude is quite capable on his own he's very thankful for the protection that Areal provides. Although Jude frequently fights with Areal, they forever have one another's backs no matter how dangerous it gets.
Ellie started out as Jude's interviewer, but through the process, it began to develop a very personal and loving friendship. Ellie brings joy and spunk to Jude's life, and Jude brings a calm and relaxing break for Ellie. They're always there for one another, and always know how to have a good time.
Phoenix and Jude used to race together years ago, but after an accident that left them separated, they found themselves no longer a part of one another's lives. It wasn't until recently that they began to reconcile. Jude holds a lot of conflicting emotions towards him- he both loves, and fears, Phoenix and hopes they can work things out.
