Bio: Mostly known as Neon due to her crazy party-throwing that usually consists of neon bioluminescent decorations and her appearance. The moment she meets someone new she researches their birthdays, favorite holidays and events and trivia likes and dislikes in case of party-throwing emergencies. Her biggest belief is that any situation can be solved with a good party (which gets her into a lot of trouble at times.) A bit pushy and loud but has a lot of heart. likes to wear a lot of bright clothes that resemble a 90's nightmare. A missed party is a crime to her and will be dramatic if she ever forgets someone's party (which is extremely rare) and her best party-throwing record is 30 min.
