Backstory
Mahina or Si Mok is the queen of the nagas. She has a fascination with humans to the point that she collects skulls that she found at the bottom of the lake. She was in love with the king of the Garuda Kurki and was planned to marry him as a sign of peace to both the Nagas and The Garudas. Feelings changed when her father died and found out it was the Garuda king behind the murder, although in reality what happened to her father is a mystery. Soon after war was declared between the two species that ended with the garudas taking over her kingdom and Mahina’s exile. Before she left, Mahina cursed to the area that all birds shall die as soon they enter flying or not until the day she returns to the area and reclaims her kingdom. Mahina went into the human world and currently lives there as a doctor; hiding from the birds until she is able to get back. On occasion, she would get updates from Rochana, one of her close servants, on the state of her kingdom.

Mahina, her real name is unknown, is a single mother who currently resides in Japan. She cares for her child most of all and would do anything for them but has difficulty knowing how to raise a child so she usually has guidance from a close friend who owns a café. Mahina works as a pharmacist under the public safety commission due to her knowledge of medicinal plants. When Mahina is not working she can be seen taking a swim by the nearby pool or beach at night when no one can see her. Formally, Mahina was targeted for years due to her pink eyes which are said to healing properties and make anyone who has them will be forever youthful. The worth of her eyes has costed the lives of many people including her late husband. Mahina kept running, with her child close to her, until she reached Japan where she was given asylum. Mahina wears pink shades in order to prevent someone to notice her eyes, specifically the pattern of her irises. Due to the years of persecution, Mahina doesn’t allow anyone to get too close to her in order to protect herself and her daughter.
