Ulonseis was born [illianum] on the Maomeri continent of Pyandonea, south of Tamriel, in 3E 86. He was born amongst a crowd of many siblings, a bastard son of King Orgnum, the immortal king of the Maormer. Due to the nature of his birth he was a social pariah and an unfavoured child. He stayed with his mother growing up, learning the basic arts of battle and the powerful magic of the island nation's serpents. At the age of seven his sister was born onto his mother's side who he tried his utmost to defend from the popular Maomeri ideals. At the age of 17, she was used as a blood sacrifice in order to summon powerful sea guardians to aid the Maormer in their attacks. Most, if not all, years of his life the Maormer attacked the Altmer of the Summerset isle but each of these resulted in failure. When King Orgnum initiated the War of the Isle in 3E 110, Ulonseis could no longer tolerate the Maormeri one track mind to attack Tamriel. He abandoned Pyandonea and aided the inhabitants of Tamriel to repel the Maormeri invaders, contributing to their crippling defeat. Ulonseis was later captured and arrested for treason, serving years imprisoned to be later executed. The case was appealed for reassessment and after serving seven years imprisoned Ulonseis was exiled from Pyandonea following the execution of his mother.

He found quickly that, even on Tamriel, he was unwanted company. The people of Tamriel scorned the Maormer. For many years he considered ending his own life but each resulted with his own cowardice and inability. Ulonseis often hid his face from the people of Tamriel, finding himself in criminal affairs more often than not. He was self-destructive and was, metaphorically, deteriorating.

When the Black Year began in 3E 396, Ulonseis came face to face with the brutal attack on the Bosmeri tribes of Valenwood. Although he tried his best to aid them in their defence a majority of the Bosmeri tribes were either driven away or annihilated. He was driven into the lands of Elsweyr where he began to try and aid people in order to attempt to atone for his past failings after discovering the fragility of life during the Black Year. At first he found himself as no more than a nuisance to the people but there were others who appreciated the aid where they could get it. He began to work as a hired sword arm for travelling khajiiti and bosmeri people for a time, improving his ability to fight and defend with both swordsmanship and magic.

When the Oblivion crisis began Ulonseis tried to aid the fight against the invading Daedra on southern Tamriel. He appealed to the other Daedric princes for aid, learning the arts and magic of Oblivion in order to help combat the invaders. When the crisis ended he continued to work with the dark magic of the daedra but used his knowledge and understanding of all corners of the arcane to aid people. Ulonseis travelled both Tamriel and Oblivion, helping those he could along the way. He became a renowned warlock along the southern coast, people began to appeal to him for aid and he would never refuse, building up a hefty list of contacts and acquaintances over the years. In time, he became well acquainted with a khajiiti woman, Zaeri, who he later discovered was in fact the next Mane. He found an unfathomable fondness to her, often returning to her to check in on her. He considered her his first friend and cared deeply for her. When it was later revealed that he was the Moon-Hallowed he was more than happy to accompany Zaeri on her journey to becoming the next Mane. Ulonseis considered coming back to Zaeri to be where his home was, disappearing for weeks, months or years at a time on his travels to aid others only to return to her without warning.

► Pesonality

Ulonseis is often seen as a fool within the eyes of others. A renowned sage in arts most arcane his knowledge and ability is at least respectable. Disconnected from his homeland and his kin he is often found wandering the southern coast of Tamriel be it on hire or personal preference. Harrowingly optimistic, Ulonseis is unafraid of making new contacts in anomalous places; from Daedra to political officials his contacts are beyond varied. His reputation amongst those he is more acquainted with often dances into the promiscuous department. Despite the fact Ulonseis is skilled in the arcane and a powerful adversary he is irresponsible socially, often getting carried away with consorts or anybody else he happens to get along with. He isn't afraid to experiment sexually amongst the races - except Argonians, that's a little too far apparently.
